Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to me and the time slot you select is reserved exclusively for you. If you don’t wish to pay a deposit prior I do take walk-ins. Though I can’t promise immediate service, I will gladly work you into my schedule.

• The Booking Deposit: To finalize your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• 24-Hour Window: I understand that schedules change; however, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations and structural changes to your appointment time.
• Late Changes: If you reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours of your start time, your booking deposit will be forfeited. To schedule a new appointment, a new deposit will be required.
